Neo Emotional Release
Self-healing and holistic health are at the core of my therapeutic philosophy. I firmly believe that all fragmented experiences we integrate into our lives lose their symptom-triggering power. This principle applies to all symptoms that may burden us, such as chronic pain, functional disorders, and behavioral patterns.
My approach is shaped by a holistic perspective, where I examine each symptom carefully through four different windows (Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Extrapersonal, System) to consider every aspect. This involves not only physical aspects but also emotional and spiritual components. This comprehensive approach allows me to identify deep-seated blockages and traumatic experiences and assist you in transforming them. This is the essence of the Neo Emotional Release method.
When feelings and instincts are not expressed at the moment of their occurrence, they can be stored as tension in the body. Our bodies develop mechanisms to suppress them, depleting our life force and making us unwell in the long run. Liberating these emotions requires significant effort and the courage to confront one's own feelings. It's not a wellness journey but a demanding process that enables profound transformations. At every step along this path, I hold a loving space for you, providing the assurance that your system can bear the change.
My approach incorporates various elements, including the Polyvagal Theory, the Inner Family System (IFS), work with the fascial system, and chakra teachings, offering a comprehensive view of the individual. I see the person as a unity of body, mind, and soul. The focus is not on treating diseases or symptoms but on understanding and the holistic well-being of the individual. You are good just as you are.
Hermann Hesse said, "Every disease is a kind of impatience." I dedicate sufficient time during sessions to comprehend your needs and create a supportive environment for your system to naturally unfold.
A central principle is the belief that the body can heal itself when in balance. When symptoms arise, it may indicate an imbalance, whether through misalignments, pain, or psychological patterns. In such cases, it is necessary to restore the structure and function of the body to balance. Fitness, nutrition, movement, and relaxation also play a role in this process.
Neo Emotional Release is for you if:
You are ready to delve into a deeper emotional level.
You want to explore new paths of self-development.
You are willing to integrate uncomfortable emotions like guilt, shame, and frustration.
You find joy in evolving your personality and challenging yourself
You aim to reach the next level in terms of expression, work, relationship skills, and passion.
You want to reclaim your life force with creativity, joy, and purpose.
You don't want to walk this path to wholeness alone
"A trauma is a frozen moment in time. Being traumatized means continuing to organize your life as if the trauma were still going on--unchanged and immutable--as every new encounter or event is contaminated by the past." (Peter Levine)
